Brand Strategy Manager

• Lead assigned strategic workstreams for the rebrand, defining the analysis and bringing forward recommendations.
• Synthesize research and business input into clear strategic implications, distinguishing findings from interpretation.
• Draft strategic deliverables including sections of the brand strategy house, creative brief inputs, decision frameworks, and executive-facing materials.
• Support workshops and decision sessions by developing exercises and synthesizing output into recommendations.
• Support agency development by prepping strategic inputs, evaluating agency work, and leading discussions.
• Own brand activation for an assigned business segment, translating finalized strategy into audience-specific campaigns, messaging, and key moments.

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or a closely related role.
• Experience turning research and input into clear strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a lean team environment without heavy oversight.
• Experience developing brand architecture, positioning, or messaging frameworks.
• Ability to write and synthesize at a level suitable for decision-ready materials.
• Experience working with or managing external agencies.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments.
• Experience with company mergers, rebrands, or brand-architecture consolidation is a plus.

Pay range: $113K - $143K
