Creative Conceptor (Copy)

• Concept brand campaign in a way that pushes the envelope creatively.
• Present ideas clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
• Partner with Growth, Retention, and Brand teams to craft interesting, educational marketing copy that meets (and at times exceeds) campaign briefs.
• Think strategically about copy, addressing consumer curiosity and encouraging purchase decisions.
• Transform science-heavy terminology into relatable, consumer-friendly content.
• Match tone of voice to align with brand standards.
• Understand and work within brand guardrails set by Product, Science, and Regulatory teams.
• Work on tight timelines and meet deadlines.
• Stretch between concepting, writing, editing, and proofreading across channels including TV/OOH/Digital/Social/Retail and script writing.
• Collaborate across marketing and digital departments.
• Execute top-quality copy from concept to delivery, complying with brand standards.

• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in copywriting for a brand; DTC and Health & Wellness experience is a plus
• Prior experience concepting and writing copy for an eCommerce company is required
• Working knowledge of Figma, Google Suite, and Asana
• Strong writing, verbal, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong ability to incorporate data and research into copywriting
• Proven talent for creating fresh, unique, and professional copywriting
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conceptual skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines

Pay range: $125K - $145K
