Creator Outreach Associate Contractor (Japanese Fluency)

• Search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent and proactively reach out to creators.
• Initiate confident cold outreach and persuade creators to see Twitch as a meaningful step in their careers.
• Stay deeply plugged into creator trends, rising influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments.
• Guide creators through their earliest steps on Twitch for a confident first stream.
• Work with Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges and support creator development.

• Fully fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
• Proven interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and a passion for livestreaming, internet culture, and creators' needs.
• Determination to find and bring emerging creators to Twitch.
• Passion for supporting and growing emerging creators.

Pay range: $31 - $39p/h
