Digital Authentication Associate

• Authenticate listings by reviewing and approving them before sale
• Remove unsafe or non-compliant listings
• Ensure listings are accurately described in terms of size and condition
• Respond to community and marketing requests for item moderation
• Review authentication defect reports for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on authenticating streetwear brands
• Attend and host training or mentorship sessions
• Understand how authentication affects team metrics and contribute to initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong knowledge and interest in fashion
• Interest in streetwear designers and trends
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Proven independent problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for Grailed platform
• Professional judgement with sensitive data
