Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CMO that improve marketing effectiveness, customer experience, and business performance.
Design, implement, and continuously optimize end-to-end business processes that span multiple functional organizations.
Establish clear governance, ownership, operating cadences, success metrics, and accountability for initiatives with fragmented or unclear responsibilities.
Bring operational discipline, automation, and AI-first methodologies to strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, scalability, and decision-making.
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and other executive stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Serve as the program leader for high-priority initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Experience

10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, marketing operations, revenue operations, product marketing, or related leadership roles.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience redesigning workflows for improved efficiency and business impact.
Experience optimizing customer acquisition journeys, particularly self-service, product-led growth, or free trial experiences.
Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS (preferred).
Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing organizations (preferred).
Background in management consulting or strategic operations (preferred).
Experience implementing automation, AI workflows, or process optimization initiatives (preferred).
Familiarity with customer journey analytics, experimentation frameworks, and conversion optimization (preferred).
