Global Events Manager

  • Execute end-to-end planning and delivery of a portfolio of third-party events, including industry conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Own all logistics and operational details for assigned third-party events, including booth management, shipping, vendor coordination, on-site staffing, and post-show reconciliation.
  • Partner with various teams including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales to integrate event programs with broader campaign plans.
  • Manage sponsorship fulfillment for assigned events.
  • Drive lead capture, meeting programs, and attendee engagement strategies to support pipeline generation.
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Manage event budgets for assigned programs.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and checklists.
  • Research and evaluate new third-party event opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations for lead routing and post-event reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and agency partners.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable event processes, templates, and playbooks.
  • Support the Senior Manager and events team on cross-portfolio initiatives.

Experience

  • 5 years+ of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Experience managing event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship fulfillment processes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Familiarity with lead capture tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience building and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25–30% travel).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $92K - $135K
