Growth Marketing Lead (United States & Canada)

- Own paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn) — from strategy to creative testing and optimization.
- Manage and scale CoinTracker’s affiliate program, with structured tracking, incentives, and ROI analysis.
- Partner on SEO improvements and lightweight content/organic experiments.
- Implement and maintain attribution frameworks (pixels, CAPI, Roadway, Segment, SDKs) to measure impact with confidence.
- Build a campaign and experimentation calendar — ensuring high test velocity and tight learning loops.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, social, finance, and vendors to execute campaigns on time and with impact.
- Provide clear reporting on channel performance, ROI, and recommendations for budget allocation.
- Explore referral, gamification, and viral growth loops to unlock new sources of acquisition and engagement.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2C fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces (crypto a plus).
- Proven ability to run and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience with tracking/attribution tools (pixels, SDKs, CAPI, Segment, Roadway, Looker).
- Affiliate program management and channel optimization experience.
- Familiarity with SEO and lifecycle marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical and testing mindset; comfortable building dashboards and frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity — strategic thinker and scrappy executor.
- Curiosity about crypto and fintech trends, with the ability to translate insights into growth strategies.
