Growth Marketing Manager, Formative

• Orchestrate growth initiatives by collaborating with in-house specialists in paid media, SEO, and content to guide campaign strategy and execution.
• Own the conversion funnel by continuously building, testing, and improving the user journey from first visit to paid customer.
• Leverage in-product messaging by creating user guides, workflows, and targeted messages to guide users toward activation and payment.
• Independently analyze and act on data from various sources to build and monitor performance dashboards.

• At least 3 years in a growth-focused role such as PLG, SaaS, or B2C with specific initiatives and metrics moved.
• Mastery in at least one or two key acquisition channels, such as Paid Search and Email Automation, with operational knowledge across others.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows.
• Passion for A/B testing and optimizing key funnels.
• Proactive pattern of ownership and problem-solving.
• Thinking in terms of CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Preference for EdTech experience and a passion for improving education.

Pay range: $82K - $110K
