Lead Global Marketing Campaigns Manager

• Help define the next operating model for GitLab's Global Campaigns function, including strategy setting, program scoping, and performance measurement.
• Build frameworks, playbooks, and measurement models for global campaign execution at scale.
• Own the strategic direction for GitLab's global upsell and expansion campaign portfolio.
• Partner with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leadership to influence expansion strategy.
• Collaborate with Regional Campaigns and international GTM leaders to design globally adaptable campaigns.
• Lead high-visibility integrated campaigns that cover multiple product tiers and geographies.
• Manage analytics, experimentation, and budget strategy for expansion campaigns.
• Set technical and strategic quality standards, mentoring Senior and Lead campaign managers.
• Represent Global Campaigns in executive forums, aligning leaders on expansion priorities across regions.

• Deep B2B SaaS marketing experience with a track record in integrated campaign strategy for product-led growth.
• Direct experience evolving a marketing function's operating model.
• Global experience with building or scaling campaigns across multiple regions.
• History of leading ambiguous, multi-quarter initiatives end to end.
• Ability to influence leaders at VP and C-level.
• Strong analytical and budget management skills with hands-on experience in attribution modeling and funnel diagnostics.
• Technical fluency with developer, DevOps, or platform engineering audiences.
• Experience setting standards for a marketing function and mentoring senior individual contributors.
• Fluency in modern marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools like Marketo, Iterable, and Salesforce.
• Experience in DevOps, developer tools, or open source ecosystems preferred.
• Background in product marketing, growth, and lifecycle marketing preferred.

Pay range: $139K - $235K
