We’re looking for a strategic, people-first Marketing Account Executive who not only knows how to run powerful campaigns, but also brings compassion and empathy to every client interaction and team collaboration. This role blends client communication, campaign execution, and leadership especially within the Facebook Group marketing space.

You’ll lead client-facing campaigns from strategy to result and be a trusted partner to clients and internal team alike. If you're both detail-oriented and people-driven, this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end Facebook Group marketing strategies focused on growth, engagement, and client success.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies, ensuring that all copy and visuals are compelling, aligned with brand goals, and optimized for performance.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that align with client goals while using innovative techniques to drive engagement and conversions.

Be a Trusted Client Partner

  • Lead warm, clear, and productive 1:1 client conversations that build trust and understanding.
  • Bring empathy and insight to every client interaction—listening carefully and tailoring strategies to their unique needs.
  • Ensure clients feel confident, supported, and informed throughout every step of the campaign

Drive Performance Through Insight

  • Analyze campaign data to assess what’s working and where improvements can be made.
  • Apply data-driven optimizations and continuously test new ideas for better performance.
  • Report results in a way that’s clear, honest, and focused on client goals.

Manage Multiple Accounts Smoothly

  • Handle multiple clients and campaigns without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.
  • Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking and timely execution.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of 20+ marketing professionals across multiple functions
  • Set goals, provided coaching, and drove high performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves

  • Solid experience running marketing campaigns, especially within Facebook Groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts while keeping attention to detail.

Experience

  • 3+ years as a Marketing Leader, ideally in Facebook Group organic marketing and lead generation.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar client-facing role managing 50+ clients
  • 3+ years of experience Marketing Head/Director-level leader managing a team of 20+ people.
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook Group growth, engagement, algorithms, and strategy.
  • A natural balance of visionary thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Analytical and performance-driven—you love trying new tactics and seeing what moves the needle.
  • Compassionate and emotionally intelligent—you understand the human side of both client needs and internal teamwork.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content creation, community building, and performance reporting.
  • Experienced in working with U.S.-based clients.
