We are looking for an experienced marketing guru with a strong record of results. He or she will manage the development and growth of our current product line. This individual must have the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, and be able to apply world class solutions.

We value quality over quantity. An exceptional user experience trumps adding additional features or products. The ideal candidate will have a great sense of what makes an outstanding product and be able to lead a team in executing successful marketing plans.

The Marketing and Growth Lead will be in charge of all aspects of the success of our products. This includes managing customer support and wellness, product development, content for our site, and overall growth. One of the primary initiatives for this role will be to get fully versed with Adobe's Marketing Solution; experience / certification are huge pluses.

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive all content marketing initiatives to increase traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.
  • Create monthly reports which gauge traffic, revenue, return on investment and leads generated.
  • Foster IWD’s continuous revenue growth in both Client Services and R&D, through marketing and strategic planning.
  • Responsible for all marketing objectives including SEO, PPC, Partnerships, Social Media, Content Creation, Podcast, Video Creation, CRO, tradeshows and any other marketing initiatives we could garner positive impacts from.
  • Provide superior strategic planning for R&D & Client Services, aiming for the largest possible revenue growth through these departments. Strategic planning includes choosing what platforms to support, which products/features to build, developing partnership growth strategies and improving revenue models.
  • Growing our Client Services by increasing our marketing offerings and encouraging our clients to utilize them to accelerate their growth.
