Marketing Specialist - Leadership Education

Role overview

The Marketing Specialist will create and support digital marketing and communication activities that increase awareness of leadership and professional development programs. The role focuses on content development, campaign coordination, and audience engagement across approved platforms.

You will work within established marketing frameworks and operational guidelines, managing tasks independently while contributing to shared outcomes. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and consistent follow-through are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in self-growth and leadership development training and practices – be an advocate for mindset growth and success.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using proven and structured frameworks.
• Develop compliant, engaging content for approved social media platforms.
• Host virtual information sessions and respond to participant enquiries.
• Guide participants through a clear and concise discovery process, to determine eligibility.
• Use current AI technology/digital tools to maximise participant attraction, engagement, and uptake.
• Track campaign performance, participant engagement, and outcomes using CRM and reporting tools.
• Support live and virtual events, and program promotion activities
• Work independently – with access to full support and training

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, ideally in education, L&D, or professional development.
• Proven skills in content creation, social media advertising, and platform compliance.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in virtual interactions.
• Comfortable with CRMs, email tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Self-directed, organised, and motivated to achieve results.
• Passionate about personal and leadership development.
