Martech Solution Architect, AI and Adobe

• Lead AI product strategy for an intelligent orchestration platform for performance marketing
• Design AI experiences for marketer-first platforms
• Shape product vision and architecture for B2B marketing uses
• Analyze marketing gaps and architect AI solutions
• Lead phased evolution from automation to personalization
• Design multi-agent ecosystems for autonomous marketing
• Champion intuitive interfaces to eliminate tool-switching
• Ensure scalable architecture for emerging AI capabilities
• Architect integrations with GCP, AEP/CDP, Workfront, Analytics
• Evaluate and integrate AI stack with LLMs, RAG, and prompt frameworks
• Define interaction protocols, decision logic, human-in-loop & feedback methods
• Bridge executive mandates with AI realities
• Design change strategy and identify training needs
• Synthesize diverse stakeholder needs into product specifications

• 10+ years Martech strategy; 3+ years building AI products for marketing
• Hands-on multi-agent system design with orchestration
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and B2B pain points
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and broader Martech tools
• Experience in API design and real-time data synchronization
• Strong product thinking and UX design for marketers
• Ability to present complex AI concepts to executives
• Cross-functional leadership in complex organizations
• Agency/consulting experience across multiple clients
• Experience in B2B or telecommunications marketing
• Experience with Google Cloud AI
• Certifications like Adobe Expert, Google Cloud Professional
• Background in computer science or engineering

Pay range: $170K - $200K
