ORM Delivery & Client Manager

We're a lean ORM agency that specializes in reputation management, content suppression, PR placements, Reddit cleanup, and AI overview optimization. The team is growing, the work is real, and we move fast.

We're looking for someone to own the middle of the operation: client relationships and delivery oversight.

On any given day, you'd be running a client update call in the morning, reviewing delivery team output before it goes out, building tasks in ClickUp, and flagging something to the OPS Director that you noticed before it became a problem.

What you'll own:

• Monthly client calls and written updates as needed throughout the week
• Building client ORM strategies, then turning them into action
• ClickUp: task creation, delivery team coordination, completion tracking
• QA of deliverables before they reach clients
• Spotting upsell opportunities and surfacing them to leadership
• Keeping delivery moving across all active accounts

You're a fit if:

• You've spent 2–4 years in a digital agency or ORM environment
• You think ahead and bring ideas without being asked
• You're comfortable being the one who figures things out
• Want to take ownership of your role and grow with the company

This isn't for you if:

• You need a detailed brief before every task
• You treat "I'll wait for direction" as a reasonable default

Full-time, remote. Monthly salary.

• 2-3 years in ORM/SEO or Digital Marketing (and understand what ORM is and how it functions for businesses and individuals)
• Native (or fluent) in English
• Must be US-Based or LATAM-Based
