  • Develop and lead the global partner marketing strategy with a focus on EMEA.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and build go-to-market plans with the VP of Partnerships.
  • Create quarterly roadmaps with KPIs, resource plans, and outcomes.
  • Build scalable workflows to handle partner requests, campaigns, content, and events.
  • Design and launch partner recruitment campaigns and highlight the value of joint solutions.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns involving internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Track and optimize partner-influenced pipeline with data insights.
  • Build reporting frameworks for partner performance and ROI.
  • Automate workflows for partner onboarding, nurturing, and activation.
  • Create dashboards and predictive models for partner pipeline forecasting.
  • Align programs between marketing, partnerships, sales, and other teams.
  • Ensure consistent messaging with content, events, and brand teams.
  • Build relationships with key partners to co-create campaigns and success stories.
  • Present results and strategy updates to executive leadership.

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS partner marketing experience with measurable pipeline growth.
  • 3+ years in a senior or leadership role managing projects and teams.
  • Based in EMEA with understanding of regional market dynamics and partner landscapes.
  • Proven success in partner recruitment campaigns that convert.
  • Experience with PRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong with Salesforce and custom dashboards.
  • Familiarity with affiliate/referral programs and major marketplaces.
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented using data to guide decisions.
  • Collaborative leader with influence across functions.
  • Growth mindset and confidence in communicating at executive levels.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $140K - $140K

  • Starting salary of $140,000 or equivalent based on experience and market rate adjustments.
