Senior Growth Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute a holistic growth plan spanning paid, organic, and partnership channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
• Use HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead and similar platforms to build cold outreach and nurture flows that move prospects through the funnel.
• Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels; continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Partner with engineering to design and test landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows to maximize conversion rates.
• Track KPIs, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve performance.
• Partner with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to align campaigns with business priorities.

• 4–6 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proficiency in paid media platforms, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, HubSpot).
• Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action, a test-and-learn mentality, and strong creative instincts.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and improving conversion metrics across the funnel.

Pay range: $90K - $140K
