Senior Manager, Content

• Lead and evolve Dandy’s content strategy across key growth marketing channels, with focus on direct mail, photo/video content, and paid media.
• Oversee end-to-end creative development from concept through execution, including large-scale design projects.
• Manage and mentor creative team members and freelancers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to align content strategy with insights and business objectives.
• Analyze creative performance to identify insights and continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Translate complex industry topics into engaging creative concepts and storytelling.
• Uphold high standards for design and storytelling, ensuring quality and clarity.

• 6+ years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or content strategy roles.
• Experience leading creative teams and developing content that drives measurable growth.
• Proven track record of producing high-impact campaigns and handling complex creative projects.
• Hands-on experience managing photo and video production and providing art direction.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling, writing, and creative strategy skills.
• Understanding of content performance metrics and leveraging data for creative decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay range: $140K - $170K
