Senior Manager, Digital Experience

• Work with internal stakeholders to define the web strategy, content, and features.
• Monitor, track, and report on web KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams on enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
• Develop and implement SEO and CRO strategies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and uncover areas for improvement.
• Partner with performance marketing to align paid search, social, and display with web goals.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Provide actionable recommendations and insights based on data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Content teams.
• Own end-to-end chatbot strategy and analyze performance.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO and digital engagement.

• 5–7 years of experience in web management, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Experience optimizing user experience and site performance.
• Adept at working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Starburst’s product offerings or the data infrastructure ecosystem.
• Ability to travel occasionally for work-related events.

Pay range: $138K - $170K
