• 7+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, marketing consulting, acquisitions marketing, or related fields.
• Bonus points for experience in healthcare or employer benefits industries.
• Strong interest in creative and analytical aspects of marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize and adhere to efficient processes.
• Outstanding project management and presentation skills.
• Effective collaborator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Pay range: $123K - $161K
