Working on the basis of EU Regulation 261/2004 on air passenger rights we enforce claims combining our legal and technical expertise in order to help passengers who lack the time or know-how to fight for their compensation on their own.
Although EU Regulation 261/2004 has entered into force in 2005, not enough awareness has been risen to inform passengers about their right to compensation. Air companies are often unlikely to voluntarily notify their passengers of the possibility to be compensated due to concern about high number of claims which will lead to financial losses for every single delayed, cancelled or overbooked flight.
