Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Acquisition

• Set the strategic direction for email, SMS, Direct Mail, and emerging owned-channel programs.
• Establish operational objectives and execution plans for the lifecycle acquisition function.
• Lead a high-performing lifecycle marketer, manage external agency partners, and interface with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Own the full stack of products including Klaviyo configuration and segmentation architecture.
• Utilize first-party data to drive measurable acquisition outcomes.
• Develop lead-generation strategy and measurement.
• Stay current with lifecycle marketing trends, regulatory changes, and platform best practices.

• 7+ years owning email/SMS or lifecycle marketing channels in a high growth company.
• Advanced Klaviyo user with experience in campaign execution and flow-building.
• Analytical ability to interpret performance data independently.
• Experience in designing and running A/B and multivariate tests.
• Experience building experimentation programs from scratch.
• 3+ years managing a high-performing team.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and build a culture of accountability.
• Proven ability managing external agency partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience thriving in a high growth company.

Pay range: $130K - $145K
