Sr. Media Analyst

• Lead analysis and interpretation of media performance across paid channels.
• Partner with Performance Marketing team to evaluate media mix and campaign performance.
• Develop frameworks for spend allocation and share them with cross-functional teams.
• Translate insights into actionable media strategies for budget allocation.
• Collaborate with Performance and Data teams to improve media strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tying media investments to KPIs.
• Deliver recommendations on budget reallocations and investment pacing.
• Track competitor media activity and cost trends.

• 7+ years of experience in an integrated media role within an eCommerce brand or agency.
• 4+ years of experience leading media performance analysis across paid channels.
• Expert in building executive-ready dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with analytics and measurement tools like Rockerbox, GA4, and SA 360.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay range: $130K - $145K
