Proposal Writer

• Content planning and production of proposals for federal agencies.
• Work with proposal, BD, capture, solutioning, and operations teams.
• Ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and responsive.
• Facilitate growth and impact across business units.

• Experience in content planning, writing, and leading sections/volumes for government RFP/Q/Is.
• Excellent technical and persuasive writing skills.
• Experience working with VA, CMS, OPM, SEC, and/or DoD.
• Manage relationships and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Experience communicating technical information to various stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile, cloud, DevSecOps, HCD, IT modernization, cybersecurity, data analytics.
• Familiarity with federal government contracting, including regulations and contract vehicles.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay range: $90K - $110K
