• Strengthen and maintain referral infrastructure to ensure success with high-value partners and compliance.
• Build infrastructure for strategic partnerships including referral intake and data-sharing systems.
• Equip partner, support, and marketing teams with robust systems for experiments and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to a platform expanding access to affordable mental healthcare.

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in production systems.
• Full-stack fluency with backend services, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Experience with Python and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Impact-oriented with a focus on outcomes over output.
• Adaptability in evolving environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with modern AI tools, B2B integrations, or healthcare systems is a plus.

Pay range: $142K - $167K
