Senior Manager, Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting

• Own the execution of the Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting mission for the North America region.
• Translate global strategic goals into actionable regional roadmaps.
• Manage and grow a team of practitioners, focusing on hiring strategy and performance management.
• Strategize with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Security.
• Partner with regional managers in EMEA/APAC to ensure consistent standards and shared knowledge.
• Serve as the senior leadership point of contact during high-impact security incidents.
• Track and report on key performance indicators for the North America region.

• 5+ years of experience leading technical security teams (Detection Engineering, Hunting, or Incident Response).
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Ability to balance local autonomy with global alignment.
• Possess technical depth to guide Staff/Principal Engineers.
• Skilled advocate for the team and effective communicator with non-technical stakeholders.

Pay range: $220K - $240K
