Account Executive, Travel & Hospitality

• Create, execute and tune your business plan as the GM of your territory
• Beat quota while learning and implementing our sales methodology
• Qualify and help solve customer pain points by educating key decision makers about Quantum Metric’s unique value proposition
• Work closely with partners to create mutual action plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities through closure
• Ramp quickly through outstanding onboarding and invest time in continuous education

• Experience beating quota and motivation by uncapped earning potential
• Credibility selling to LOB leaders, Product Management, and CX Insights & Analytics leaders
• Demonstrate courage and creativity in solving problems, building pipeline, and closing sales
• Eager to be coached and share stories of success and failure
• Exhibit passion, persistence, and integrity
• Experience generating new relationships with executives in Fortune 1000 companies
• Organized and systematic approach to sales process
• Understanding of enterprise software and related technology
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional IQ

Pay range: $120K - $150K
