Analytics Engineer

• Ensure every team can leverage trusted, actionable insights to better serve providers and clients.
• Take ownership of the data stack from ingestion through modeling in dbt to build efficient, robust data pipelines.
• Collaborate daily with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers, as well as stakeholders from Product and Engineering to ensure models drive business value.

• 3-5 years of Analytics Engineering / Data Engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Excel at writing complex SQL pipelines within a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Prefect, Looker/LookML).
• Strong foundations in Python, data modeling, and system design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective working with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and skilled at defining technical direction from loosely defined problems.

Pay range: $103K - $135K
