Business Data Analyst, Business Analytics

• Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models.
• Enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions by translating business needs into analytical tools and metrics.
• Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations.

• 2+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Advanced-level SQL skills.
• Familiar with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool.
• Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field is a bonus.
• Ability to translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to executives, business leaders, engineers, and PMs.

Pay range: $85K - $114K
