Director, Revenue Cycle Management

• Own the end-to-end collections process: develop, maintain, and be held accountable for high-accuracy collections forecasts, ensuring senior leadership has clear visibility into cash flow.
• Build and enforce a high-discipline collections engine, standardizing recovery cadences, eliminating revenue leakage points, and institutionalizing a "zero-loss" mentality.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflows to aggressively reduce denials and shorten the AR lifecycle.
• Strategically partner with growth teams during contract negotiation to set up clients for success.
• Serve as the ultimate "closer" for complex billing disputes, working directly with health plan partners to negotiate settlements.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, translating billing hurdles into actionable updates and building trust through transparency.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to align billing strategies with company growth.
• Drive the team’s KPIs by tracking recovery rates and payer behavior, using data to pivot strategies in real-time.
• Lead the team managing customer billing processes and communications, ensuring a seamless process for patients and health plans.

• 8+ years of expertise in revenue cycle management, with 2-3 years of management experience.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; experience resolving payment issues with health plan partners.
• Deep expertise with CMS regulations and commercial payer behaviors.
• Experience with EMR and RCM softwares and health plan portals; system migration experience a plus.
• Proven track record of enhancing systems and processes for improved claims collections.

Pay range: $150K - $170K
