Food Operations Analyst

• Provide high-quality customer support to existing and future members, from initial inquiry to ongoing program questions.
• Utilize existing resources and team members to address member order fulfillment issues.
• Ensure member orders are fulfilled accurately and to high-quality standards.
• Contribute suggestions to optimize the member ordering and fulfillment process.
• Support other key needs as defined.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer support roles.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Strong computer proficiency including good knowledge of Microsoft/GSuite applications.
• Preferred: ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real time.
• Preferred: strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: ability to be flexible to shifts in priorities and thrive in autonomous work environments.

Pay range: $55K - $60K
