Lead Product Manager, Inventory & Fulfillment Systems

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for systems that power inventory allocation, order release workflows, and fulfillment and delivery logic, including automatic order content adjustments, allocation rules, and over-max or oversell protections.
  • Oversee the evolution of internal tooling that enables these capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to translate complex operational rules into scalable product solutions.
  • Define requirements, drive prioritization, and deliver system improvements that increase reliability, automation, and operational efficiency across the fulfillment lifecycle.
  • Identify structural system risks and inefficiencies, and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve root causes.
  • Establish clear monitoring, alerting, and visibility frameworks to proactively manage inventory health, demand overage, and customer risk.
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making when tradeoffs arise between technical feasibility, operational complexity, and business impact.
  • Publish structured updates and maintain clear documentation to ensure transparency around priorities, risks, and system changes.
  • Continually integrate AI processes into workflow and system wide solutions for Operations and Fulfillment.

Experience

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in platform, systems, operations, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to understand and reason through complex logic flows and technical tradeoffs.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to ship backend or platform improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize across competing initiatives with clear business judgment and risk awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a structured, clear approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with inventory, fulfillment, marketplace, subscription, or logistics-driven businesses is a plus.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $180K - $210K
