National Operations Manager

- Oversee the full loan manufacturing lifecycle and lead nationwide processing team.
- Partner with lender underwriting and sales teams.
- Ensure pipeline runs with accuracy, urgency, and predictability.
- Shape how RenoFi delivers outstanding experiences.
- Solve bottlenecks, create structure, coach team members, and design scalable processes.
- Oversee all mortgage processing teams including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Serve as the operational point person responsible for pipeline flow and quality.
- Work directly with processors to troubleshoot complex files and resolve bottlenecks.
- Partner closely with Loan Officers and Product to maintain accurate files.
- Build and refine workflows, checklists, and operating procedures.
- Track key operational metrics and provide weekly reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with renovation guidelines.
- Drive accountability across the operations team.
- Help shape the evolution of RenoFi's operations organization as volume scales.
Experience
- 7 or more years of experience in mortgage operations.
- At least three years in a leadership or management role.
- Deep understanding of the full loan lifecycle.
- Experience managing teams responsible for pipeline movement and file quality.
- Knowledge of Agency, FHA, VA, Non-QM, construction to perm and renovation loan products.
- Strong experience with LOS systems.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Strong analytical skills with dashboards, reporting, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get the job done.
