Operations Associate, RCM Special Projects

• Support and improve key workflows using no-code tools and collaborate with Engineering for new features.
• Dive into data to assist in pulling reports, analyzing trends, and supporting decisions.
• Track and monitor the health of operations and own key metrics.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain efficient and scalable systems.

• 1–2 years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations, preferably using tools like Excel.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using Excel or Google Sheets, and potentially SQL or automation tools.

Pay range: $73K - $77K
