Remote Registered Dietitian

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions to patients
• Offer digital shop-alongs to assist patients in using their grocery money on Foodsmart's platform
• Conduct regular nutrition assessments using Foodsmart's proprietary nutrition quiz
• Document care in the electronic medical record following the Nutrition Care Process
• Manage a panel of clients/patients with various chronic health conditions and backgrounds
• Communication with clients/patients through HIPAA-compliant video and audio calls and electronic messaging

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian
• Active license in at least 1 state and willingness to obtain more licenses in high demand states
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• High speed internet and a smart phone

Pay range: $56K - $96K
