Strategic Finance Associate

• Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis.
• Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization.
• Support month-end close cadence and packages.
• Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system.
• Thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Consulting; fast-growing tech company experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skill set with ability to apply quantitative reasoning to business problems.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details.
• Proactive self-starter; able effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Motivated/energized in working in a mission based environment.
• High Proficiency in Excel and GSuite
• Experience in B2C or Digital Health
• Experience with financial systems (ex. Netsuite)
• Experience with SQL, Python and/or Tableau
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI capabilities into Financial workflows

Pay range: $120K - $150K
