Senior Manager, Content & Field Marketing (B2B)

• Build and maintain core messaging, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets for Foodsmart.
• Create materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies for sales teams.
• Translate clinical evidence and customer outcomes into compelling messaging.
• Grow and maintain a library of high-value content.
• Identify new ways to improve storytelling and demand generation.
• Own strategic events program including events calendar, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Partner with Sales to develop account-based marketing campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional event planning and execution.
• Develop and execute integrated event marketing and sales enablement plans.
• Measure and optimize event performance.
• Own Foodsmart's B2B LinkedIn strategy.
• Support sales team's social selling efforts.
• Stand up account-focused paid campaigns.

• 6+ years in B2B marketing, with experience in content/enablement and events/field marketing.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to advance opportunities.
• Experience marketing in healthcare, payers, or complex industries.
• Exceptional writing and marketing skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing and program management skills.
• Nice to have: experience in food-as-medicine, value-based care, or Medicaid/Medicare.
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• History of building an events engine or field marketing program.
• Comfort with setting up light marketing operations.

Pay range: $120K - $140K
