Sr. Manager, Client Marketing

• Develop and execute client marketing strategies that support enrollment, retention, engagement, and expansion goals.
• Design meaningful, multi-channel campaigns tailored to client base and member population.
• Act as a trusted marketing advisor to clients, providing insights, best practices, and creative approaches.
• Develop client-facing marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and success stories.
• Support client renewals and upsell opportunities with compelling marketing narratives and proposals.
• Track performance of client marketing initiatives and report on impact to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 years in client marketing, account-based marketing, or member marketing.
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or working with health plan clients strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of building and executing client-facing marketing programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with clients and executives.
• Strong project management skills, experience juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones.

Pay range: $120K - $145K
