6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context.
Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration, with the ability to flag and manage technical risks.
Skilled in roadmap planning, scoping, and discovery for large-scale initiatives, with expertise in defining and documenting requirements, managing dependencies, and communicating progress across all levels.
Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments.
Trusted for ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence – consistently driving stakeholder alignment and execution clarity.
Excellent communicator – clear, empathetic, and confident across both technical and executive stakeholders.
